SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES Motion Control
The reference cam should be connected to digital input 4 (interrupt-capable inputs / terminal
X101/6) of Motion Control. With the script file "STDTLG5_V14A.ssc", the digital inputs 4 or 5
(interrupt-capable inputs/terminals X101/6 or X101/7) are configured as measuring input 1
(digital input 4 X101/6) and measuring input 2 (digital input 5 X101/7) and should be
addressed via the Technology-CPU. Digital input 4 can be used as reference cam and as
measuring input and digital input 5 can be used as measuring input.
The parameterization of U922.i005 and U923.i001 in Motion Control should be set to KK122
and B212 for MASTERDRIVES MC in accordance with the description below. As the zero
position is of no significance here, the parameterization of the 2nd position of P183.i001 has
no effect.
Referencing mode "Encoder zero mark only"
Operational sequence
A reference cam signal is not necessary. The position is accepted at the next zero mark of
the encoder.
