2.3 Start
Starting the
Software
Installation
The software can only be installed with the supplied installation
program since part of the software is compressed on the diskettes.
Follow the steps outlined below to install the software:
Using DOS
Start your computer and wait for the MS-DOS system prompt.
Insert the first diskette in the floppy disk drive (called a: in these
instructions).
Now change to the drive with the first product diskette, for example by
typing:
a:
Start the installation program by typing:
a:\install
Follow the instructions displayed by the installation program.
Using Windows 3.x
Start your computer with Windows in the enhanced mode.
Select "Run" in the “File” menu of the program manager.
Start the installation program by typing:
a:\setup
Follow the instructions displayed by the installation program.
