6.2.8 Overload protection
Description of function
If the drive motor or controller are subject to high loads, an automatic overload protection
function will activate, based on the temperature of the motor or controller.
The overload protection initially reduces the drive parameters. If a specific maximum
temperature is exceeded, the motor is deenergized when at a stop, and executes no further
drive commands until the temperature has fallen.
"4" is shown on the 7-segment display (H401) while the overload protection is active.

6.2.9 Vandalism protection/continuous door monitoring
Description of function
The vandalism protection/continuous door monitoring function offers protection against
unwanted external system motion. If the motor is deenergized, the motor speed is monitored
by the controller.
If a speed of 250 mm/s is exceeded, the door is braked. The brake is deactivated when the
door speed falls below 50 mm/s.
