Error in the kVact acquisition

Fig. 10 shows that one kVact cable from the single tank generator to the D915 is damaged
or disconnected.
The monitor (KVM) responds (curve 3) because KVN and KVP have different amplitudes;
the exposure is terminated with ERR 12.
Refer to function description "KV monitoring".
