4.2.4 Integrating the DOE4IN Batibus input
modules into the OCI600
Before starting to parameterize a Batibus input module, en-
sure that
•
power is supplied to the DOE4IN module
•
the address is set
•
the LED on the device flashes
When these preconditions are satisfied, make the settings in
the ACS7... operating software:
1. On the View menu, deactivate Consider dependen-
cies .
2. From the Applications > Popcard… menu, select oper-
ating page “Input module n“. Then, the right half of the
screen will show you data points “Input module n name“,
“Input module n device number“ and “Input module n
segment number“ for each input module.
3. Double-click on the respective line to open the entry field
for entering the module’s name (maximum 16 characters),
the device number, and the segment number. Both the
devices and the segment number must agree with the
settings made on the Batibus input modules.
