1. Apply power to the pulse adapter to be parameterized.
2. Fit the address plug to the AEW2.1.
3. Connect the meter.
4. Connect the AZW30 service unit to the service port of
the pulse adapter.
5. Use the LED on the pulse adapter to check wiring: LED
must be steady on.
6. Ensure that the subaddress of the pulse adapter is al-
ways left on 1 when used in connection with the OCI600
(AZW30 line number 92).
7. If required, enter the device number (AZW30 line num-
ber 01).
8. Before the meter reading can be entered, AZW30 line
numbers 86...91 must be parameterized:
Enter the meter’s parameters (AZW30 line numbers 86,
87, 88, 90, and 91). You have 2 choices:

You enter the parameters individually
¾
If the parameters have previously been saved
in the service unit, you can copy them to the
pulse adapter.
To do this, select AZW30 line 53 (writing the
standard data set). Then, press buttons
and
on the right simultaneously for 2 sec-
onds and adjust the parameters, if required
9. Enter the current meter reading (AZW30 line number
02).
10. Remove the service unit.
11. Connect the unit to the bus. The LED must flash.
12. Save the data set of the meter just parameterized. Pro-
ceed as follows:

Press
buttons and
on the right simul-
taneously for 2 seconds
The data will be saved as follows:
•
When using addresses1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or 11 for ad-
dressing, the saving for input P1 is made on meter
3, for input P2 on meter 4
•
When using addresses 121...126 for addressing,
saving takes place in a separate data set
