5.1 The Part No. for the different pump sizes are indicated on the
attached spare parts drawings and lists.
5.2 It is advisable to have a complete shaft and pump housing seal in
stock.
5.3 When ordering spare parts please state:
- Name of customer
- Code No. of pump
- Serial No. of pump
- Number of parts required
- Part No.
- Designation of part
- No. of spare parts drawing and pos.
No. Type, code No., and serial No. are stated on the nameplate of the
pump. The parts are indicated in the spare parts drawings by an pos.
No. In the parts list opposite the same No., number used, description
and the pos. No. is stated.
5.4 Warning: Non-factory shaft seals may cause leakage, be impossible
to CIP-clean or at worst damage the pump and/or the product. There-
fore always use only original APV-shaft seals especially developed for
APV's ZMS-pumps.
6.1 Sound pressure and sound effect levels for ZMS pumps
Measusing of the sound pressure level has been carried out in
accordance with DS/ISO 3746. Hemispherical diametre 2 meters, see
Fig. 5.
Sound pressure level:
LpA in dBA - refers to the threshold value 20 Pa shown below
Sound effect level:
LwA: used to calculate the sound pressure in an arbitrary room,
independent of ambient noise.
LwA = LpA + 14 dB refers to 10 -12 W.
