Working on the cell

5.2.1

Removing the complete cell

Remove the cell (

see Chapter “Removing the complete cell”, page 15

).

Unscrew the 90-degree bracket of the test gas line on the cell inlet filter using a jaw 
wrench (

see Fig. 6 “Cell open”, page 16

).

Place the cell down with the upper side facing downwards.

4

Remove the A-holder on both sides.

Loosen the fastening screws with a 5 mm Allen key (3 pieces).

Allow the MCS200HW to cool down before carrying out any work.

Tools required
Phillips screwdriver
5 mm Allen key
Jaw wrench

The non-return valve must then be insulated with Teflon tape.
