Current versions of Label Checker already support PROFINET onboard and the use of the

CDF module is no longer needed nor recommended. Therefore, use the following

instructions only if you need to use PROFINET via the CDF module.

The superior system communication utilizes a Profibus/Profinet, which you may use the

CDF600 device.
The CDF600 communicates with the Label Checker, utilizing RS-232 protocol. In order to

set up this protocol, it must be activated using the Communication tab.

The camera must be rebooted after enabling/disabling the PROFINET communication.

The reboot camera button will immediately appear and must be selected.
