caused by use of lubes different from those shown in
the table.
6.2
Cleaning and servicing
Before any cleaning or maintenance inter-
vention, disconnect the JUMBO TCS60 by
means of the main switch and disconnect the
network.
To guarantee full efficiency of the JUMBO TCS60 and
to ensure functioning without anomalies it is essential
to clean the machine regularly and carry out periodical
maintenance.
Maintenance has to be carried out by the operator
in accordance with the manufacturer's prescriptions
shown here below.
6.2.1 Service

Charge completely the remote control battery.

Clean the mechanical moving parts, spray
them with nebulized oil or kerosene and lube
with appropriate grease

Remove condensate.

Check oil level in the oil nebulizer.

Check transmission belt tensioning in order to
avoid its sliding.

Check the oil level of the hydraulic control
unit and keep it always between minimum and
maximum
x
Check and maintain the grease level on the
self-centering and on the tool holding arm.
x
Lubricate with grease the sliding rail of the
trolley.

Change oil in the oil nebulizer.

Change the oil in the hydraulic control unit.

Check the gearbox oil level.

6.2.2
Check the hydraulic control unit oil level
1.
Power off the equipment;
2.
Unscrew the cap with measuring rod on the hydrau-
lic control unit.
3.
Check that the oil level is between MIN and MAX.
6.2.3
Gearbox oil change
1.
Put a container underneath the gearbox.
2.
Unscrew the microswitch under the tool holding
arm;
3.
Unscrew the oil discharge screw.
4.
Discharge oil in the gearbox and dispose it (see
chap. 7.3).
5.
Unscrew the microswitch under the tool holding
arm;
6.
Top up with new gearbox oil (see lube table).
7.
Screw the oil discharge screw.
6.2.4 Condensate
removal
1.
Turn left the red button placed in the lower part of
the water separator.
2.
Remove the accumulated condensate.
3.
Turn back in previous position the red button placed
in the lower part of the water separator.
6.2.5
Nebulizer oil refill
1.
Disconnect pneumatic connection.
2.
Unscrew the tank cap on the oil nebulizer.
3.
Top up oil (see lube table).

1.
Disconnect pneumatic connection.
2.
Unscrew the tank cap on the oil nebulizer.
3.
Discharge oil and dispose it (see chap. 7.3).
4.
Top up with new oil (see lubricant table).
