!
Avoid valve damage!
1.
Extract the pin from the valve and wait until the air is
completely discharged from the tire.
2.
Lubricate with mounting paste the side of the tire till
the edge of the rim.
Warning - tire damage risk!
Cracks in case of operation on cold tire. Tire
explosion in case of high speed.
Inner temperature of the tire must be at
least 15 °C.
Read the Wdk publications available in Ger-
man and English! (www.wdk.de: mounting/

Before mounting put the tire in a temperate
room.
5.2.3 Demounting
Warning – hand injury danger!
During locking plate rotation there is a risk of
crush injuries.
Do not insert the fingers between the tire
and the rim.
Warning - damage risk!
When using the hydraulic system control unit
for extraction, the rim and the bead breaking
rollers can both be damaged.
The mounting tool has to be extracted in
the same way it has been inserted in the
edge/shoulder of the rim.
Demounting of tubeless and supersingle tires
1.
While operating the tool movement control, rotate
the tool so that the disk faces the side of the tire
that has to be bead-broken and, by means of the
working arm movement control, lock the operating
arm.
2.
By activating the working arm shifting control, posi-
tion the bead breaking disk in correspondence with
the inner edge of the rim.
3.
By activating the working arm shifting control, use
the bead breaking disk to press the tyre heel to-
wards the rim centre and, use the pedal to turn the
tightening flange without interruption until the entire
circumference of the rim has been completed.
i
Use mounting paste for complete detachment of tire
and rim.

Using the trolley movement control, shift the trolley
in the inner side of the tire, and, by means of the
tool movement control, rotate the tool so that the
disk faces the side of the tire that has to be bead
broken.
6.
Operating the working arm movement control, lock
the working arm.
7.
By activating the working arm shifting control, use
the bead breaking disk to press the tyre heel to-
