4) Trunnion cover assembly

①

Press the oil seal to 0.5 mm in depth from counter
bore of the trunnion cover.

②

Install the bush in the cover and take care bush’s
gap direction toward the port block.

③

Press the bush flush with trunnion the port block.

(5) Charge pump case assembly

・

Install the oil seal to

21mm

in depth from charge

pump case surface.

･

Install the holder (17) on the charge pump case and

tighten to 58.8 N

･

m (6 kgf

･

m).

(6) Cover assembly

Install the oil seal (31) to

2.5 mm

in depth from counter

bore surface.

(7) Trochoid pump assembly

Align the scribed mark on the inner and outer of
trochoid pump, and the scribed mark toward the plate
(18), figure 389Y.
