Removal

NOTE

：

Make the scribe mark on the covers (15 and 16) and case (1) before disassemble them.

①

Remove the three each screws (40) fixing the right and left covers.

②

Tap the trunnion shaft of the swash plate (6) lightly to provide gap between the cover (16) and case (1).

③

Insert drivers

（

2 pcs

）

into the gap, remove the cover (16) from the case (1), tap the swash plate to separate the

cover on the opposite side from the case and remove the cover (15) in the same way.

④

Remove the swash plate (6) from the case (1).

⑤

Remove the bush (39) and O-ring (38) from the cover (16).

⑥

Remove bush (39), oil seal (31) and O-ring (38) from the cover (15).
