1.

 

Descriptio n 

This starter features a reduction mechanism 
of planetary  gearing sy stem and  permanent  
magnets for magnetic field  ind uction. 
Its reductio n mechanism comprises in ternal  
gear, three planetary  g ears, g ear sh afts (with  
overrunning  clutch fitted by  sp line) and  
armature shaft g ear. 

 

 
 
 

The stru cture is different from that of direct 
driv e ty pe, but th e electrical wiring is th e 
same b etween two ty pes. 
The magnetic field is produced by  six  
perman ent magnets. The magnets are 
mounted in the y oke and po sitioned  
according to  polarity. 
They  are permanen tly  attach ed to th e y oke
