Using a PC Card Adapter

Remove the SmartMedia card
from the VN-EZ1.
When doing so, be careful not
to drop the battery.

Insert the SmartMedia card
properly into the adapter, as
shown on the diagram.
Insert with the mark on the
adapter and the contact sur-
face of the SmartMedia card on
the top.
The eject button pops out.

The SmartMedia card will not operate if it is not completely inserted.
●
The SmartMedia card will not operate if it is inserted upside-down.
