Network Settings (Network)

Enter the necessary items for connections
If necessary, tap “DNS...” and then enter the DNS addresses.

Then tap

to save the DNS addresses.

Tap “Next”.

For Wireless LAN settings, go to step 7, or for LAN settings, skip to step 10.

Connection Name field Enter the desired name for the current connection.
Network

“Obtain IP address

Automatically”

checkbox

When checked, the IP address is automatically obtained

from the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)

server.

IP Address

Enter the IP Address, if necessary.

Dimmed if the “Obtain IP address Automatically” is

selected.

Subnet Mask

Enter the subnet mask, if necessary.

Dimmed if the “Obtain IP address Automatically” is

selected.

Gateway

Enter the Gateway address, if necessary.

Dimmed if the “Obtain IP address Automatically” is

selected.
