(1) Overview

This document describes the specification of the Flash-downloading tool (an upgrading tool) for user service.

(2) Purpose of this document

The aim of this document is to provide a sufficient description of the GX10i Upgrading Tool for readers.

This document covers the description of the Flash-downloading tool specification for user service.

(4) Operating environment

Operating environment for the upgrading tool

Downloadable file: Motorola format files only
Communication mode: Asynchronous mode
Data length: 8 bit
Parity bit: None
Stop bit length: 1 bit
Baud rate: 9600 bps (only at the time of activation)

115200 bps (While in the normal operation)
