Modbus register

The SpectraScan communicates to the external controller via Modbus.  The instrument acts as a
Modbus server, the external controller is the client.  Modbus runs either over RS-422 or Ethernet
interfaces.  The instrument is configured in the following way:



Modbus protocol: RTU



Modbus device address = 1

The Modbus register map used by the SpectraScan is shown below.
