Uses of each program:
Program 1: Recovery and relieving tension.
Program 2
: Warming up the muscles before sport.
Program 3
: after a short period of sporting activities (e.g. half an hour running).
Program 4: after a long period of sporting activity (e.g. two hours of tennis).
7.6. Remote start
This is how to activate the remote start function:
In the Temperature menu item, hold down the Minus button

and Plus button

2 seconds. This first takes you to the operating mode menu. Pressing the Mode
button

takes you to the remote start menu.
F 50............Remote start deactivated
F 51............Remote start activated
Use the Plus button

or Minus button

to select the mode.
Press the Mode button

to confirm the selection.
NOTE
EN 60335-2-53 states that infrared modules may only be operated in
remote control mode if the cabin door is equipped with an interlock
(e.g. door monitor) which overrides standby mode for remote control
when the cabin door is opened.
