To use a power unit in master mode, it must be reconfigured as follows:
Plug jumper JP1 into box head socket board “OPT3” as shown
in
Fig. 7

Master/slave configuration of three to five Wave.com4 Infra power units
If more than two power units are connected together, each slave power unit must
be assigned its own slave address (see
Fig. 8 on page 16
).
1.
Unscrew the four cross-head screws and remove the housing cover of
the wave.com4 Infra.
2.
Address the slave power units according to the table in
Fig. 8
.
3.
Put on the housing cover and fasten it again with the cross-head screws.

NOTE
On delivery, the wave.com4 Infra controller is configured as a slave
(which is irrelevant in single operation).
5.4.
Master/slave configuration
To increase the maximum connection rating (3 kW), it is possible to control two
or more power units with one control unit. To do this, each additional power unit
must be connected to the preceding one with a 6-pin data cable. The control unit
must be connected to the master power unit.
