5.9.2. COMBUSTION RECIPES (
PELLET AND AIRFLOW
)
This option allows you to alter two pieces of data
– pellet (fuel) feeding
and combustion airflow. You can regulate the percentage of function .
Depending on pellet type (quality) your stove will distribute more or
less pellets. To determine how larger/smaller your dosage is from default
factory settings, we advise you to apply the following procedure ( BEFORE
FIRST IGNITION ):
1. Put the few pellets with the hand in the tank and run the option Charge
Pellet (see Figure 30 )
2. Be sure that the pellet feeder spiral is COMPLETELY FILLED WITH
PELETS - pellets have started to fall constantly in the burner pot
3. Turn off the option Charge Pellet , empty the burner pot, fill the tank with
2-3 kg of pellets and restart the option Charge Pellet
4. Note the dosage start time and allow the pellet feeder to operate for
exactly 5 minutes
5. After 5 minutes, turn off the option Charge pellet
6. Remove the pellets from the burner pot and weigh them on the kitchen
scale
7. If the pellet quantity deviates from the default factory setting, it is
necessary to undertake dosage corr/-

PELLET DOSAGE DEFAULT FACTORY SETTING IS FOR
NOMINAL
STOVE POWER, WHICH IS ALSO THE MAXIMUM POWER! THE
CUSTOMER IS NOT ALLOWED TO EXCEED THE NOMINAL POWER!!!
In case of any problems in stove operations caused by pellet quantities (too
much or too little), you can regulate pellet dosage and airflow directly
on the control panel . The problems can be subdivided into two categories:
Pellet quantity at stove models
Dosage ( Pellet ) correction
models P-20 models P-12
>540 g >350 g Reduce the dosage (e.g. -5)
500
– 540 g
320
– 350 g
+/- 0 ( no correction needed )
<500 g <320 g Increase the dosage (e.g. +3)
