TEMPERATURE SIMULATION MODE
SGC controller has a special function which enables user, to simulate temperature for
each sensor and through that study behaviour and operation of the controller. This func-
tion is intended for cases of maintenance, malfunctions or suspected false controller oper-
ation. Simulation mode is activated in the following way. Press key to select screen
with display of hydraulic scheme. Now press and hold key for 10 seconds. Controller
switches to simulation mode. Press button to scroll between sensors and button
or to change temperature of the selected sensor. Controller changes tem-
perature symbol from T to S, when the temperature is simulated. Output is activated ac-
cordingly to selected scheme and simulated or actual temperatures.
Simulation mode can be cancelled by pressing button or if for more than 5 minutes no
button is pressed.

Completely open the regulation valve for the regulation of the flow in the system.
Manually
set the rotation (see page 20) , where the pump achieves the rated flow in the system .
Enter this value into the parameter S3.5 for the R2 pump . Now you have to check the min-
imum rotation, at which the pump still enables flow in the system. This is done by decreas-
ing pump rotation to the rate, where the pump still enables a constant flow in the system.
Enter the minimum pump rotation into the parameter S3.2 for the pump R2 and S3.8 for
pump R3.
