2.0 Safety instructions

Safety instructions 551.15 \ 12.2015 \

Safety notes for daily start of operation and automatic op-
eration

y

 

Secure the system against unintended restart until the 
failure is eliminated so that no persons or materials are in 
danger.

y

 

Don't restart the system before the failure is eliminated 

and there is no more danger for persons, system or envi-
ronment.

y

 

Make notes about the failure, its cause and the elimina-
tion.

During failures "

  

emergency-stop pressed 

and

  

internal temperature too high

the following messages appear on the touch screen:

   the error message "Emergency-stop ERR",

   the machine status is changing to "COOLING". 

   the virtual red lamp shows the status "not ready".

If the option "lamp pole" is installed the red lamp also shows the sta-
tus "not ready".

If a failure appears which can cause a risk for persons, system or 
environment the complete system must be stopped by using the 
emergency-stop switch.

Failures

Optical signals

The users are obliged to inform the operator or owner about appearing  
changes at the system which might affect the safety of persons or of 
the soldering system.
