NOTICE!
Restricted function
If you press the
Anonymous patient
field, the first input screen is
skipped and an anonymous patient file is created. It is not possible to
display
any
measured value graphs (histories) in anonymous patient
files.
4. Enter the first name and surname of the patient:
a) Press the
input field
b) Use the keypad
: Enter text
c) Press the
button: Confirm entry
NOTICE!
Data access by unauthorized persons
If you do not enter an attending physician, the patient file is accessible
to all physicians with access to the device.
►
Enter an attending physician to prevent access by unauthorized
persons. If the attending physician has not been determined at the
time of the measurement, make the entry as soon as possible after
-
wards.
5. Enter the attending physician:
a) Press the
input field
b) Press the name of the attending physician in the drop-down menu
c) Enter patient ID
NOTE
You only need to assign a patient ID if a specific structure is provided
for this in your institution. If you leave the
ID
input field empty, the
device will automatically assign an ID when the data are saved.
