Select the Tree structures ① to include in the report by ticking their check box ② . The tree
structures coming from a common Data Folder could be individually chosen. Two shortcut
buttons enable to select
④ and unselect ③ all Tree structures.

Select the Lubrication locations ⑤ to report by ticking their respective check box ⑥ . The
filter ⑦ may be used to quickly sort the measurement points. Note that the filter is case
sensitive. As for the Tree structures, two shortcut buttons enable to select and unselect ③
all.

If desired, the re port may cover a specific date range by ticking the “Selected Date Range”
check box ⑧ and then choosing the period using the two drop-down buttons ⑨ .

Finally, the last choice is to generate the report by clicking the “View Report” button ⑩ or to
export the data in XML format using the XML Export button ⑪ . For this option, an
intermediate window asks the name and the location for the purpose of the file creation.
The generated report details the lubricant consumption per lubrication point for the chosen period.
