FREE MODE lets you decide on each step
you want to take and provides on screen
details about the signal development. NOTE
that FREE MODE will not guide you with
recommendation for the next step and
status and will not stop you with conclusion
that the task is finished. However, FREE
MODE will deliver a final conclusion about
the lubrication process to UAS3
•
Inject grease and press ENTER , the following screen appears;

At this point, you need to tell LUBExpert the
number of shots you injected into the
bearing. Do this by using the
ARROW UP on
the instrument. If you mistakenly add too
many shots simply delete them with the
DOWN arrow. Note that you CAN NOT
continue the grease replenishment tasks
until you have inserted the grease quantity
to LUBExpert.

Continue the process carefully watching signal development. Once you decide to STOP, press
the SAVE button (button with
SAVE icon) and proceed to the next asset in your WORK TASK

ALARM ASSIGNED AND NOT TRIGGERED
In case there is an alarm assigned, but not triggered,
you will be informed that Lubrication is not needed.
You have an option to accept recommendation
done by alarm settings and press F1 to exit. In case
you want to ignore recommendation and still
continue, you need to press M, assign the message
and then continue.

LUBRICATION NOT NEEDED message is assigned automatically and marked as an automatic
status/action message
•
In case you accept recommendations based on alarm settings, press F1 (EXIT) and you will
proceed to the next asset in your work order
