Viewing Results in UAS3
If you already use Ultranalysis Suite (UAS3), the LUBExpert interface will seem familiar. For
LUBExpert, new features include Added Grease Trend Curves, Grease Consumption Reports, Lube
Status Indication, Messages marked by origin (auto/manual), Trend of all initial readings, Trend of all
final readings (baseline), Summary graph of all Lubrication activities for each asset. This manual is not
meant to cover every aspect of UAS3. For UAS3 specific features and instructions you are encouraged
to read the UAS3 User Manual. For your convenience, we include it with the USB stick in your
LUBExpert kit. The manual is also available in the download section of
There are two different dashboards within UAS3, one for LUBEsense1 sensor only and another one
for all other sensors.
Dashboard for LUBESense1 (Lubrication dashboard) contains:

The Measurement Matrix
•
The Static Trend
•
The Summary analytic graph of Lubrication activities
•
The Base/Initial line graph
Dashboard for other sensors (Standard dashboard) contains:

The Measurement Matrix
•
The Static Trend
•
TWF
•
Spectrum
When you select measurement (sensor level), dashboard is automatically adjusted to sensor type.
When you select a parent node, asset, and asset position contains several different sensors including
LUBESense1, you can choose what dashboard you prefer to be displayed for your fast overview. To
choose dashboard type, in toolbar select Options/Default settings/Tree View, as shown in screenshot
below:
