Exterior Equipment

Electric Grill (Optional)

An electric, stainless steel grill is located below an

opening hatch on the top of the station. A gas

hatch lifter assists in raising the hatch and holds

it in the open or closed positions.

The grill is recessed into the counter top and oper-

ates on 120 volt AC power only. To use the grill,

make sure the Electric Grill AC circuit is activated

with the CZone control feature. Open the hatch,

then use the touch control on the station near

the grill to activate the burner and control the

temperature. After cooking, be sure the burner is

turned off and allowed to cool before closing the

hatch. Never close the hatch while the grill is hot.

Deactivate the Electric Grill circuit whenever the

grill is not being used to ensure it is not activated

accidentally.

Refer to the grill operating manual for additional

information on the proper operation and mainte-

nance of the grill.

Aft Facing Cockpit Seat

A rear facing bench seat is built into the rear of

the leaning post station. Slide out storage draw-

ers with “push to close” latches are located below

the seat.

If your boat is equipped with an optional upper

control station, the seat and top of the station are

used as steps to access the upper station ladder

from the cockpit.

Electrical Systems Room Hatch

The center section of the rear facing bench seat

is attached to a hatch that provides access to the

electrical systems room below the leaning post

station. The seat section is hinged at the top and

two gas hatch lifters help lift the seat/hatch as-

sembly and hold it in the open and closed posi-

tions. To open the hatch, lift the handle at the

bottom of the center seat section. By design, the

gas hatch lifters hold the hatch firmly in the closed

position and it will take a considerable amount of

force to open it. Once the hatch is partially open,

the force of the gas hatch lifters will begin to lift

the hatch and hold it the full open position. Push

down firmly on the hatch/seat to close it.

The hatch provides access to the batteries, bat-

tery switches, main circuit breakers, battery char-

gers, AC distribution panel and other equipment

mounted in the electrical systems room.
