Descend to hovering attitude over water.
Unlatch door.
Passengers and copilot exit aircraft.
Fly a safe distance away from all personnel in the water to avoid
injury.
Close twistgrip to CUTOFF position.
Turn battery and generator switches OFF.
Allow aircraft to settle in a level attitude, apply full collective.
When aircraft begins to roll, reduce collective to full down.
This minimizes blades skipping off the water.
Release seat belt and shoulder harness.
When rotor blades have stopped turning, clear aircraft as quickly as
possible.
