Pour éliminer les problèmes éteindre la machine. Débrancher la prise.

Avancement irrégulier et intermittent
pendant le rabotage.

Présence de résine sur la table

Nettoyer régulièrement la table rabot
et vaporiser pour la rendre coulissante
(Spray pour coulissement). Cela
principalement pour bois humides et
résineux.

Interruption du rabotage sur la pièce à
travailler pendant le rabotage

Cet inconvénient est causé par des
lames du rabot quand elles ne sont
pas bien réglées ou désaffûtées

Le réglage des lames du rabot doit être
exécuté soigneusement et parfaitment
affûtées

Imprécision sur la pièce à travailler
pendant le dégauchissage (creux,
bombé).

Si les tables de dégauchissage ne sont
pas alignées de façon parfaitement
parallèle, cela est dû à un avancement
pas approprié ou à un problème pareil.

Régler les tables de égauchissage
jusqu’à 1 mm sur l'arbre de rabot et
parallèlement l'une à l'autre

Les travaux électriques d’entretien doivent être exécutés seulement par personnel qualifié et spécialisé dans le secteur !
Pour l’élimination de la machine il faut respecter les normes en vigueur sur place.
