Configuration for the example on
Fig. 11-I
in ETS: Object type = 1-bit. Configuration for the
example shown on
Fig. 11-II
in ETS: Object type = 1-byte.
Description of parameters
Control channel
– rising edge and falling edge events generated in the channel control the
switching / value transmitting (Physical channel 1…8 / Virtual channel 1…8 / Logic channel
1…4 / Timer channel 1…4).
Object type
– data type for the “FB 1: edge - Rising / falling” communication object. It defines
the range of values the object can assume:
1-bit
– object can assume value 1 or 0.
1-byte
– object can assume values from 0 to 255 range.
1-byte – percentage
– object can assume values from 0 to 100 % range.
4-bit – dimming control
– object can assume values from the range of maximum
dimming up (100% Brighter) to maximum dimming down (100% Darker) and value “Stop
dimming” – see Appendix “4-bit telegrams for dimming DOWN/UP“.
4-bit – shutter control
– object can assume values within the range of shutter fully open
(100% Up) to shutter full closed (100% Down) and value “Stop” – see Appendix “4-bit
telegrams for shutter control”.
