copyright laws, and may not be reproduced, republished, reversed engineered, distributed,
transmitted, displayed, broadcast or otherwise exploited in any manner, this also extends to
third party products and information contained within.
SATcase names and logos and all related trademarks, tradenames, and other intellectual
property are the property of SATcase and cannot be used without its express prior written
permission.
The user is exclusively responsible for the use of the SATcase hardware, software and third
party materials and must do so without infringing on any copyrights and will deem SATcase
harmless with respect to any such infrigements and agree to pay any costs, fines, damages
and other amounts incurred by SATcase in defence of any claims or actions.
