Message threads are recorded history of previous SATcase text messages. Selecting a thread
will enable the user to reread or continue a conversation with participants in each thread.
Sent confirmation
Once a message has been sent, the message sent indication is displayed at the bottom of the
text.
Failed to send
If the message continues to fail and runs out of automatic resending attempts then the
message failed indication is displayed. Click the error message to resend
Sending location via text
The SATcase has a location sharing feature within the messaging command.
When the location symbol is pressed at the stage of sending a text on the messaging page, the
SATcase will paste the location coordinates in to the text box.
Receiving a text
When the user receives a message, a notification will be highlighted on the APP home page.
Selecting this notification with direct the user to the message on the message page. The APP
will organise each contacts message in to threads so the user can scroll through each
conversation.
If the Smartphone and SATcase are not connected via Bluetooth when a message is sent to
the SATcase, the message will be received as soon as the Smartphone Is connected to the
SATcase.

An email is sent by copying the instructions of sending a SATcase message but adding an
email address in to the recipients details instead of a phone number.
The maximum characters that can be sent in each email is 500.
