Inactivated sim
Sim must be activated before use. Wait 24 hours
after completing the set up in the SATcase APP
The battery won’t charge
Make sure the correct power input is connected
(5V).
If SATcase has been taken outside of the
temperature limits, request for a service from
SATcase.
The battery is draining faster than
usual
If SATcase has been taken outside of the

Not receiving missed calls
Once the Smartphone is connected to the SATcase
via Bluetooth, the missed calls will notify the user
on the APP.
Water damage
The SATcase is only IP68

compliant when the
sleeve is installed into the SATcase. Make sure the
sleeve is locked in position with the safety clip
locked down.
The SATcase is not waterproof any deeper than 1.5
meters
General commands are failing
Conduct a basic diagnostics test and advanced

Can’t hear GSM call through SATcase No sound is passed through the SATcase on a GSM
call. Either put Smartphone into airplane mode or
remove mobile from sleeve when needing to make
GSM calls
Missed calls notified without
receiving a call.
When the SATcase has no satellite signal the
SATcase will not receive information of a call until
in range of signal. Make sure antenna is extended
to receive a call and is in open view of clear sky.
No sound comes out of the
Smartphone in the sleeve
The mobile will have to be removed from the
sleeve in order for voice and sound to be
activated.
