3.7. ACCEPTANCE TEST AND DELIVERY.
If foreseen in the contract, make functioning tests on-load and full load; make
training to the operators; draw up the acceptance report that transfers
responsibility for the machine and its direction to the Buyer, and define the date of
the guarantee period beginning.
3.8. SCRAPPING.
In case the plant should be scrapped off arrangements should be made to
dispose of its parts in a differentiated way in compliance with their different nature
(metals, oils and lubricants, plastic and rubber, etc.) by appointing different
specialized enterprises able to scrap, all according to the law concerning solid
waste disposal prevailing in the country.
