3.6.3. ELECTRIC CONNECTION FINISHING.
Connect the plug XS.1 (photo 3.9) of the charge conveyor belt to the socket XS.1
on the machine.
Connect the plug X3.2 (photo 3.8) of the discharge conveyor belt to the socket
X3.2 on the machine.
Connect the plug XS.3 (photo 3.10) of the electro-mechanical vacuum pump to
the socket XS.3 on the machine.
Connect the plug XS.4 (photo 3.9) of the
scraps conveyor belt to the socket XS.4
on the machine.
The press is supplied of an electric panel. Check on the packing list if the required
voltage and frequency values matches with your electric supply line then connect
it to the proper clamps into the electric panel.
The electric equipment is ready to work. The Customer has to provide the line
electric connection into clamps R, S, T, GROUND in the electric equipment board.
Take a special care to the grounding circuit, checking the connections with the
appropriate equipment.
To enable the automatic control of the contemporary functioning of the press with
the next machine (wrapping machine), your electric technician has to connect an
auxiliary normally opened contact of the START relay of the next machine (this
contact is closed when the next machine is working) at the predisposed contact
into the press main electric panel. See the electric schemes of both the machines
for this operation.
