1.7.3. MANUFACTURER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
After the installation of the machine in the working site, any damage happened to
persons or things (also when they are parts or particulars of the SAS Press) is at
charge of the Buyer.
The Buyer has to insure any eventual residual risk added after the installation of the
machine (L.D. 626).
1.8. NOTES FOR THE EMPLOYER.
The operator has to know also the rules in force concerning the prevention of
accidents. The employer is responsible of the divulgation of this document to all
staff operators that are currently interacting with the machine. He has to make
sure that such safety instructions will be read and understood, and that they will be
applied for the use and maintenance of the machine. This is an aid to avoid any
damage to persons or to the machine.
We take care in the realization and control of this manual so that all information is
complete, precise and up-dated.
SAS MARIANI TOMMASO can not give you any guarantee on the performances
and results obtained from the use of this documents, neither can be considered
responsible of damages and benefits caused by the improper use of these
documents and of relative devices.
