3.6.6. COOLING CONNECTION FINISHING.
After had assembled the dies, connect them to the cooling circuit by the proper
pipes.
Connect the chiller (or your other cooling source) with the cooling circuit of the
press:
_ connect pipes from the liquid outlet (delivery) of your cooling source (chiller) to
the connection “C.IN” (photo 3.12) on the machine;
_ connect pipes from the liquid inlet (return) of your cooling source (chiller) to the
connection C.“OUT” (photo 3.12) on the machine.
Open the ball taps BT.IN and BT.OUT (turn the handles as shown in the photo).
After had filled the chiller with the proper liquid, run it to check that connections
and junctions with the machine are good, and that the functioning is without
leaks, dripping or spills.
