Possible Causes



Upgrade image of the AP is not correctly registered.



Operation status of the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server is not normal.



Cause of the AP restart was ‘upgrade fail’.



The AP includes an item requiring manual upgrade.

Solutions

1) Check the upgrade settings of the AP.

must be registered.
