USING THE HEALTHY COOKING PROGRAMMES
(VEGETABLES)
The following table presents the 12 Healthy Cooking auto programmes
for cooking vegetables. It contains its quantities, standing times and
appropriate recommendations. Programmes 1-10 are running with
microwave energy only. Programmes 11-12 are running with a combination
of microwave and grill.
