BRI AND PRI CARD RESTART

DESCRIPTION:

This MMC is used to restart a BRI and a PRI card at the card level. This action is
required to update the processor on the BRI and PRI card to any changes in the
card setup MMC’s and to put these changes into effect.

Used to store data and advance to next MMC
