The tubes used to fi ll the chambers can be opened at the end.
Ö
The liquid can be come out with high fl ow without control.
Ö
Before starting to pressurize the actuator, make sure that the
tubes do not come out of the container during the
fi lling stag-
es.
Ö
If installed fi t the external hydraulic circuit on the actuator
and fi ll the bodies through the circuit ports.

Connect pipes to the liquid container and manoeuvre the ac-
tuator until the rotation is regular.
Ö
If needed, move the actuator to release the excess air left in-
side and repeat the previous operation.
Ö
Make sure you have correctly fi lled the HCD bodies.
Ö
Screw the plug (339).

Check that the exact amount of liquid has been poured. Per-
form few manoeuvres to check the correct rotation.

Check that there are no leaks from the circuit.
