Ö
Insert the spring clip (310).
Ö
Insert the o-ring (311) and (329) in the grooves of the inter-
nal
fl ange and lubricate the o-ring (329).
Only for HCD Spring return (SRP):
Ö
Insert the proper quantity of spring cartridges according to
the pattern shown in Fig. 9-25 (referring to the total number
of springs).
Ö
Put the internal fl ange on the body HCD (301H) by making
sure of the correct orientation.
Ö
Insert on stop screw (312) the washer (327) and the o-ring
(326).
Ö
Fit the stop screws (02) in the body HCD (301) by making
sure of the correct alignment with the hole
fl ange (303).

Ö
For models SRP HCD 1200 and bigger insert the tie rods
(318C) on HCD body.
Ö
Put the body HCD (301H) on the body (50), by verifying that
the o-ring (311) remains in its groove.
Ö
Lubricate internally the body.
Ö
Install the bearing disk (323) and the o-ring (322) on disk
(306).
Ö
Insert the disk in the HCD body (301H).
Ö
Insert on stem (330) the fi rst washer disk (320), the disk
(306) the o-ring (322), the second washer disk (320) the lock
washer (334) and nut (335) and tighten it properly.
If during the disassembling the STEM HCD (330) is unscrewed
from the piston, it must be
fi xed again with a glue for threads
(type Loxeal 8354 or equivalent).

9.5.4 End cap reassembly
Refer to Fig. 9-1, Fig. 9-27, Fig. 9-28, Fig. 9-29 and Fig. 9-30
Ö
Assemble one end cap (30/30R) at a time.
In case of actuator with extra travel stop adjustment:
Ö
Fasten the stop screws (221G/222G) into the end caps (30)
aligning the head of the screw to the end cap sur- face as
shown in Fig. 9-27.
Ö
Lubricate and place the o-rings (11R).
Ö
Place the washer (03R) and fasten partially the nuts (04R).
Ö
Refer to the data sheet for extra travel stop adjustment com-
ponents.

Lubricate internally the HCD body (301H).
Ö
Place the O-ring (14) in the groove of the cup (30), see
Fig. 9-28 and make sure that the O-ring remains in its
groove.
Ö
Re-lubricate the inside surface of the body (50).
Ö
Put the actuator in the vertical position.
