Then rotate the body (50) anticlockwise from top view until
the stroke is completed.

With pistons completely closed (0° position) as per Fig. 9-22,
referring to the axis of the body, the rotation obtained must
be:
– about over 0° up to 5°

With pistons completely closed (0° position) as per Fig. 9-22
the dimension “A“ must be the same on both sides.

9.5.3 HCD components reassembly
Refer to Fig. 9-2, Fig. 9-23, Fig. 9-24, Fig. 9-25 and Fig. 9-26
Before proceeding to the body HCD assembly put the actuator in
vertical position, then proceed as below described
fi rst on one
side.

Insert the external o-ring (308) and the internal o-ring (309)
on the bushing (307).
Ö
Lubricate internally and externally the bushing and insert it in
the housing of the internal
fl ange (303).
