SPS-500 Program Manual v1.31 

Drawer Assignment 

With enhanced drawer assignment, cashiers can now be assigned to specific drawers at specific registers.  If 
REG#0 is selected the drawer assignment will be valid at all terminals. 

1.

 

Turn the key lock to the 

X

 position.

Touch 

X MODE PGM

 and then touch 

DRAWER ASSIGNMENT

.  The 

RTC

 

SETTING

 (real time 

clock) screen displays.   

 

3.

 

Set the drawer assignment for each employee (the number is determined by memory allocation – use 
the PREV. RECORD/NEXT RECORD key to view additional employees.)  After making settings, 
touch 

CLOSE

.   

FTP Transmission 

Reserved for future use.   

Receipt Reprint 

Receipt copies can be printed after the sale provided that the transaction data is resident in the electronic 
journal.  (You must allocate for electronic journal and set the appropriate electronic journal system options.)   

 

From the REP menu, touch Receipt Reprint.  At the prompt enter the consecutive number of the 
transaction you wish to reprint; touch 

OK

.  The transaction will be retrieved from the electronic 

journal and printed at the designated receipt printer.
