WARNING : even when the switch on the set
is turned off, the power in the primary cable remains
turned on. Before performing any work, disconnect
the set from the mains.
Le maintien en bon état du NERTABLOC TH 400 PW,
malgré la robustesse de ce matériel, exige un minimum
d’entretien.
In spite of the robustness of this equipment, a minimum
of maintenance is required to keep the NERTABLOC TH
400 PW installation in good working order.
La fréquence de ces opérations dépend des conditions
d’emploi (local plus ou moins poussiéreux, utilisation
intensive ou rare du matériel, précaution prises par le
soudeur, etc...)
The scheduling of these procedures will depend on the
conditions of use (premises more or-less dusty, intensive
or rare use of equipment, care taken by the welder,
etc...)
En moyenne, les opérations mentionnées peuvent être
utilement effectuées une ou deux fois par an : elles sont
très simples.
On an average, it would be worthwhile to perform the
mentioned procedures once or twice a year, they are
very simple.
1) OPERATIONS D’ENTRETIEN
MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
Procéder à une dépoussiérage du poste, si possible
avec un aspirateur (action plus efficace et rationnelle
qu’un soufflage).
Remove dust from the set, and if possible with a suction
apparatus (more effective and rationel action than air
blast).
Examiner les différentes connexions. S’assurer que
celles qui sont réalisées par vis et écrous sont bien
serrées à fond. Surveiller en particulier l’état des bornes
secondaires sur lesquelles se branchent les câbles de
soudage.
Check the various connections. Check that they are by
way of screws and blots which are well tightened.
Examine in particular the condition of the secondary
terminals on which the welding cables are connected.
Il est essentiel que ces bornes soient correctement
serrées pour garantir un bon contact électrique et éviter
ainsi des échauffements qui pourraient provoquer leur
dégradation. It is essential that these terminals be properly tightened
to ensure good electrical contact and thus to prevent
heating which could lead to their damage.
