Diffserv Commands
Diffserv Commands
Differentiated Services Commands provide different services for packets based on source
MAC address, destination MAC address, VLAN ID, DSCP, source IP address, Destination
IP address, protocol, source TCP/UDP port number, and destination TCP/UDP port
number. Diffserv Commands guarantee quality of service over networks.
diffserv classifier Check syntax & descriptions
Enables (creates and configures) or disables (deletes) diffserv classifiers.

Description
■
<id>
- Sets the diffserv classifier index ID.
■
[src-mac <mac>]
- Sets the classifier sourc MAC address.
■
[dst-mac <mac>]
- Sets the classifier destination MAC address.
■
[vlan-id <vid>]
- Sets the classifier vlan ID.
■
[dscp <value>]
- Sets the 6-bit dscp value in the classifier IP header.
■
[protocol <pro-num>]
- Sets the 8-bit protocol value in the classifier IP header. May
be 1 (ICMP), 2 (IGMP), 6 (TCP), 17 (UDP), or 46 (RSVP).

[src-IP <IP> <IP-mask>]
- Sets the source IP address and mask. IP mask is used
as a wildcard; a zero (0) value indicates any corresponding bit in the address is
acceptable; a one (1) value indicates corresponding bits must match exactly.

[dst-IP <IP> <IP-mask>]
- Sets the destination IP address and mask. IP mask is
used as a wildcard; a zero (0) value indicates any corresponding bit in the address is
acceptable; a one (1) value indicates corresponding bits must match exactly.
■
[src-port <port>]
- Sets the classifier source port number.
■
[dst-port <port>]
- Sets the classifier destination port number.
■
no diffserv classifier
- Disables diffserve classifiers.

00:00:01:02:03:04 on Vlan 40.
