Device operation
1. 

Before starting the device, connect the power cable to the device and insert the plug into a socket (for 
models RCDA-630/10P (1701), RCDA-630/8P (1702), RCDA-630/6P (1703) set the ON/OFF switch 

(number 4 on the figure) to the OFF position).

2. 

Arrange the foodstuffs on trays so that individual pieces are not touching each other. Insert the trays 
into the device and close the cover (applies to model RCDA-1000/10S (1700). 

3. 

Then in models RCDA-630/10P (1701), RCDA-630/8P (1702), RCDA-630/6P (1703) start the device 

by setting the ON/OFF switch (number 4 on the figure) to ON.

4. 

To start the drying process, set the desired temperature using the knob or the buttons (number 2 on 

the figure). If using model RCDA-1000/10S (1700), the currently set temperature will be shown by 

a light next to the appropriate value.

5. 

Setting the drying time

a. 

Model: RCDA-1000/10S (1700) – once the temperature has been set, use the buttons (number 3 

on the figure) to set the drying time by pressing the "up" and "down" arrows. Once the time and 

the temperature have been set, to start the drying process press the POWER button (number 

4 on the figure).

b. 

Model:  RCDA-630/10P  (1701),  RCDA-630/8P  (1702),  RCDA-630/6P  (1703)  –  once  the 

temperature  has  been  set  press  and  hold  down  the  SET  button  (approx.  3  seconds)  –  the 

value representing time (hours) on the disposal will start flashing. Use "up" and "down" arrows 

(number 3 on the figure) to select the number of hours for which the device is to operate. Then 

press the set button and set the number of minutes analogously. Once the drying time has been 

set, press and hold down the SET button again. Once the time on the display stops flashing, press 

the START button ("down" arrow)

During the drying process, the remaining drying time will be shown on the display. The temperature 

may be changed at any time.

7. 

The device must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.

ATTENTION!

 Before using the device, or after a long pause,  the empty device should be switched 

on for about 45 minutes at a temperature of aproxx. 35 ° C in order to allow the moisture to 

evaporate from the device.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

During transport, the machine should be protected from shaking, crashing and turning upside down. Store it 
in a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• 

Disconnect the machine from the electricity when cleaning it.

• 

Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.

• 

After cleaning, all parts should be able dry before the machine is to be reused.

• 

Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.

• 

Never spray the device with water jets.

REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE

Check regularly whether the device is damaged. If it should be damaged, please stop using it immediately and 
contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
• 

Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).

• 

If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.

• 

It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you 
give a detailed and precise description of the matter. The more detailed your information, the better 

customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and efficiently!

CAUTION: 

Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to 

a loss of warranty!
