Spindle Sensor Adjustment

Turn off all power to the machine before continuing.

Remove the Lid from the Upper Housing.

Rotate the spindle until the head of the Hex nut is directly in front of the sensor. The distance between

the sensor and the hex bolt should be .030”. If it is not, loosen the two nuts on the sensor and back them

off until .030” is achieved.

Turn the spindle by hand to make sure the dowel pin is not coming in contact with the sensor.
