Pin the spindle of the exchange valve of the
control box. then air cylinders of column and
lifting table working to release the lock .Make sure
the air supply is not disconnecting.(for SM55LT/
SM40LT lift ,there are two exchange valves ,one
valve for the main lift and another one for the
lifting table)
3. For the lift without lifting table ,check the valve
of the power unit ,pin the middle of the valve ,see
the picture 20.then the power unit released.
4. For the lift with lifting table ,check the valve of
the power unit,first loose the spindle of the main
valve.see pictuire 21. Second,pin the middle of
the valve see the picture 22,then the power unit
released.
(one valve for the main lift ,and another one for
the lifting table)
5. Should make sure release the air cylinder and
the power unit synchronously.
6. Repeat the process until the main lift has been
lowered completely to the floor.
9. Make sure that the spindle of the mian valve of lift
with lifting (SM40LT/SM55LT/SM35LT) is screwed
on completely, otherwise the lifting function will
not work.
